These terms are the agreement between you and DILER HOLDINGS LLC about your use of our mobile app and this website. Please read them before you use the app.

1. Who we are and acceptance

The app is provided by DILER HOLDINGS LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St #3410, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. The app

The app is a daily spiritual companion for Muslims, offered in Turkish, English and Arabic on iOS and Android. We may add, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Part of the app is free. Some features are available through an optional paid subscription.
• Subscriptions are sold, billed and renewed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown in the store before you subscribe.
• Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your store account is charged.
• You can cancel at any time in your Apple or Google account settings, as described on our Support page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app or your account in the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through those stores.
• We use RevenueCat to check whether your subscription is active.

5. Spiritual content is not a religious ruling or professional advice

The content in the app is meant for personal spiritual reflection. It is not a religious ruling (fatwa), religious or legal authority, or medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. For questions of religious rulings, please consult a qualified scholar. If you are struggling with your health or safety, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break the law or the rights of others when using the app;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the app, our systems or other users' accounts;
• interfere with, overload or disrupt the app or its backend;
• copy, reverse engineer, resell or build competing products from the app or its content, except where the law allows;
• use the app to harass, harm, impersonate or mislead others, or to post unlawful or hateful content;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the app.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of content you write in the app. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Our rights

The app, its design, text, software and other materials belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use under these terms.

9. Apple and Google

You acknowledge that these terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and they are not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where their store terms require it.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should continue to apply after termination will do so.

11. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to your particular needs.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, DILER HOLDINGS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights where you live.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply where you live, the courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes about these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, where the law requires, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
